Hey im looking to replace my roof lining and i saw the tutorials and im just wondering to get opinions on how easy it is to do it yourself and also if i were to get some-one else to do it what shop would it be at?... would it be an upholstery place or a car detailer?? an how much it would be to get it done that way??

hey mate,
its a peice of piss! its only clipped on, take the plastic shrouds off which are screwed on, or clipped, and just unclip it, its as easy as.. If you pay someone else to do it your a fool! lol |

Replac3d mine in my old NA Fairlane. Just take off the clips, remove the grab handles and sun visors, undo the courtesy lights and I pulled mine out the driver's side from the driver's corner and out.
It cost me $40 and too about 45 minutes to do - I got a second hand roof lining for $40 and fit it myself.
