My brother has a series 1 AU ex cop ute. He has audio control buttons on his steering wheel.
The unit he has is only radio and tape. He wants to put in a CD player/radio but still wants to use the stereo control buttons on his steering wheel.
What units whether Ford or aftermarket would be a direct swap that would allow him to use his steering wheel stereo buttons?

Cheers

Keep in mind it is a ute.

any AU 1 setero will work

au 2 or 3 WILL NOT work

for after market u will need to get the car audio plaxce to instal the remote into the steering wheel buttons and point the IR LED towarsd teh HU

best bet look on ebay for a AU1 cd player and make sure u get eh security code!
