Hey all I was looking at getting a BA Turbo... Wat's the fuel economy of this??? I will be driving in peak hour traffic Mon-Fri...

expect 15L/100km in heavy traffic.. possibly worse.. our NA BA gets 10-12 on the highway

Worse :(
After reflash by Ford, my old man was getting 14-15 freeway driving, with less power.
Another flash, and it's down to 13-14...
I'd say to expect 15-17 in stop start.
But it's worth it :D
Very quick car...

DAM straight! Ive wasted too much $$ and time on little 2lt turbo motors, I wish I turboed a falcon 10 years ago...

Yeah... I've got a turbo N15 Pulsar that I did myself about 9 years ago... waste of cash... Now I want an XR6T

on the economy topic......i did a run from canberra to albury on the weekend in my ute and averaged between 10.5 and 11 L/100 on the highway and get somewhere around 14.1 to 14.5 in city driving. dunno if the sedans are a great lot different but just something to compare against
