Nope.
Instead of heat exchanging water through a radiator, boats just suck up water from the.. um.. water Pickups under the boat, flow through, then out through exhaust. Speaking from experience with a very mild 308 ski boat, the engine is in full sun, under a fibreglass cover, with no airflow. It still get's hot

It still get's hot A small heat exchanger can be used for engine and the water can still exit exhaust....Water to water cooling is very efficiant...

Not talking extractors mate.
"GT40's" are a make of cylinder head.

Afaik its in a boat..They are designed that way so water doesn't flow back into engine..It keeps exhaust pipes cool and helps keep it quiet... Anti reversion manifolds...Nothing to do with car engines...
