Just after confirmation:

Futura power window switches will NOT fir a 4 switched Fairmont console.

Futura wiring looms WILL fit a Fairmont window switch.

Not 100% sure but they have very different connectors.

I've got a 4 switch + auto down panel, which was one largish connector. My Futura switches are two seperate connectors.

I'd say some rewiring would be involved.

correct the futura ones are about twice the size then the fairmont 4 cluster switches. The loom also has a different plug. It doesn't have the auto down relay etc which the fairmonts have.

In theory I don't see why not, its only a timer that holds the switch magnetically. Rewire all the motors so up is down and down is up , then maybe turn the switch cover around if the legend has not worn off.
Cheers

the futura switches are just that - a simple up down switch, they have no smarts in them to auto hold "down" or to lock the rear's etc. The fairmont switch block has quite a complex curcuitry board underneath them.
