I think it was Fuzion who did this but how hard is it to put the padded Fairlane arm rests (from the door trims) onto other door trims?

If you can find them, its pretty easy, the unscrew from behind the trim, so they are swapped that way, or could be riveted on, cant remember

Finding them isnt an issue, I know where there is about a dozen for my picking.

How would they fit onto other trims?

if you've got manual winders, then they won't. will only fit onto trims with electric winders.

Oi man, where can you get them from? And how much? I'd like to grab 4, and replace all mine.

Wreckers.

Ill look next time Im up there. Dont know about price.

Only looking for 2 at this stage for the front.

On a sidenote has anyone tried to use electric door trims on manual winders? With a bit of modification reckon it would fit?

Problem is, don't most wreckers want you to take the whole door trim with the armrest?

You cant fit power window door trims on a manual winder car. The grab handles get in the road of the winder.
