Ok boys and girls. Im about to try something a little different and put BA interior into an AU. I am of course talking about a whole interior, so it may get a little messy. If it goes alright, ill throw some piccies on. If not Ill just fade into the woodwork and hide for a little while I think.

:?

Frank, the wiring should only be a pain for about, oh all of it. I have the BA loom to ease some of the pain, but I have the feelimg that there is still gunna be issues.

So you'll be doing everything? Seats, Dash, Door trims etc.

I'm not too sure about the dash, as i think there would be different mounting points and the front window is slightly a different shape. And you cant just fit BA door trims on to an AU, with an AU Dash, different shape to line up with the AU dash.

And of course the BA seats have different seat rails to the AU.

Goodluck!

You could fit a BA rear door trim on an AU, no problems if it uses the same mounting points. But if your still using the AU dash, the door wont close, because the BA front door trim suits and lines up to a BA dash, not an AU dash. (I think anyway). So you'll need to pull out and put in the BA dash too.
