just wondering if anyone would hbe able to tell me some RPM's in relation to speeds through out the gears. for an EB manual
with a stock gearbox and diff? eg. in 5th 100km is about 1900 rpm but that is all i know some redline speeds would be good, and some normal cruising speeds. \ thanx, its just i have an aftermarket tacho and i wanna make sure its acurate.

Depends on final tyre diameter and diff ratio.
But 5th Gear, 2000rpm should be somewhere around 100-110km/hr

My auto is dead on 2 grand at 110, so at the redline at 5400 (memory), it will be sitting on just shy of 300. 297 if i have my maths correct. Unfortunately, it will never get there! Not enough power to overcome the drag from the air.

i just whipped up this excel spreadsheet in 5 mins if anyones interested, mainly coz i was bored and felt like a challenge

also u can work out ur rolling diameters urselves, theres plenty of little scripts around. inlcuding rim and profiles would have wasted even more of my precious time i have at 12 in the morning

EB/ED redline= 5,000rpm
EF/EL redline= 5,500/5,400rpm. But with my ED XR6 i have reved it to 5,500. I never want to do it again but i have. There the redines but they can go about 500 rpm and the run into a rev-limiter which will stop them from reving.

mine sits , 1700rpm@110 w/o wind, and up-to 2000 with wind. if that makes sence. based on my frequent trips along the good-ol hume.

The EF red line is 5500rpm but the limiter kicks in at about 5700-5800rpm. I'v hit it a few times!
