does it go
bottom radiator hose-waterpump-thermostat-top radiator hose and is it a problem if the water flows backwards through a gas converter. i.e. enters through the water out, and exits through the water in hole. thanks

yes i would say it flows like u said
the water flow from bottom of rad cooler water to top of rad hotter water then through rad to cool down also it sould not make much diff in the gas convertor but i would say there is a reason for a inlet and exit connection on the converter

yea thats right, it goes cold water in bottom of rad into motor (water pump) and then out of the motor past the thermostat (there is a small by pass thing for when the engine is cold and the thermostat is closed to just goes around the motor angain, until the motor warms up)
BTW- if your goin to blow the coolin system out with a hose then you are susposed to pull the thermostat out and blow water in both ways, ie the correct way and then backwards.
