High all,

Im orgainising an engine and turbo package and wanted to get as many opinions as possible before I go spend some huge $$$.

I'll give some info - I will be using a single BA XR6 Turbo which off hand i think is a garret 25/40 or something. I heavily modified engine specifically designed for low comp and all out bottom end torque.

Regardless of costs what are peoples verdicts on the below

ACL Race Series Bearings ??? Is there a better alternative for engine bearings.
Forged Pistons - JE Pistons the best option or not ???
What sort of crank rods ...brands...models.

What pistons rings have u guys used ? Molley rings

Thats should be enough for now

Also uis anyone able to email me pics of their engine bays so I can see how your intake/intercooler/manifolds have been arranged.

Cheers
Kevin

A.P calipers are just as good as Brembo...
ACL pistons can be alittle high on compression,>030 EA pistons can be used?? For rod stength unless aftermarket AU ronds and pistons as they are longer, but again compression needs sorting to be around 8.5 comp...
