its finally done! after 3 months we finally found out why my EF squeaks like mad over the smallest rise in the road and every little bump! it was the rear brake rotors! the minimal size for your rear brake is 8.6 (width) ford machined mine on its major service and they where 7.1mm when it came out, and it was ok it didnt make a noise but as time went on it started to make noise again! so we took i took it back in there and they changed all of the pads and told me it was fixed and it made no noise, however after 15mins of driving home when the brakes heated up the noise came back
rather p****d off and out of cash, i saved for a while then took it in to my ABS brake center near where i live, they pulled of the rear rotors and measured them and found out they where way undersized so when they heated up there was not enough room in the rotor for the heat to dicipate thus making hot spots appear all over the rotor so the hand break and pads would rub past them and make the dam squeaks noise, so new rotors on and not a sound! its great i can drive down the street and not have to have my music blasting (long story sort dam im happy) :D

Nice work.
Another reason not to take your Ford to a Ford dealer.

They know how to make great cars they've got no idea how to service them.

Spot on there lol....might have to look into this as i also have a tiny squeak that pops up from time to time...mine tho i think is the sliding rack i think its caled pinion in the front right brake calliper has a small amount of play and rubs(squeaks) when the car is in motion (dissapears under braking)
