You'll probly need the full loom and as for smartlock I would try & swap the computer for a Pre 08/92 computer as they don't have smartlock at all,I thought about smartlock for my car as it doesnt have it & its a pain in the a** to install as the smartlock computer is built into the dash.

Let me know what the catch code of your EEC is. I may be able to turn smartlock off or supply you with an EEC that does not have it.

That sounds awesome - please post pictures of your car when it is finished. It can be done - there was a ZK fairlane on ebay a while back that was fitted with a 5 litre V8 from a 1988 Mustang, fuel injected and a four speed auot gearbox too.
