beware of ACL at the moment, have heard a couple of bad things bout there quality control lately.

Problem is i dont know of any other aftermarket bottom end parts for a 4.0L!

Depends what your going to eventually do to the motor. If forced induction is on the cards set the bottom end up properly for it so you dont have to pull it down again. Set of forgies or custom dished pistons will do the trick.
Head and cam choice is where you will make the power so maybe get onto its performance, jim mock, alted performance, heard good things bout all.

Get the block machined so everything is fresh, re bored, honed, hot tanked, get the motor completely balanced. Clean or buy new injectors, my mate who is a mechanic reckons he always puts brand new head bolts into a motor, new water pump and new oil pump, and hes never had a problem with his motors. Done quite a few now.
