Couple of things you could try Greg:
Try someone else's Trip computer, just to confirm it's not that - a long shot since I assume it was working okay before the BEM change. Change globes during this to confirm the globe power issue. Measure resistance between trip computer pin 5 and: - inst cluster RH connector pin 16 (2 up from the data line) - climate control lower connector pin 12 should be zero in both cases ??? should also be zero between the cluster and the CC pin ??? The wiring diagram shows the factory wiring for the trip computer to come from the BEM. I think as Matti says, you may need to cut that wire and run it to the cluster or the CC unit, or at least test this theory out with a temp line. A pain in the a***, but I can't see any other way around it.

don't you need a variable dimmer on the light switch? instead of the.... hi/lo crap?
u know the one... thats incorperated in the interior light switch which never gets used! later!

u know the one... thats incorperated in the interior light switch which never gets used! later! yeah I have that already lol ... its strange - everything was diming fine when I had the low and even the mid series bems... still yet to measure the resistance.. been lazy lol
