With your "normal" diff - one legger, single spinner...
the way the diff is made inside it will allow all power to goto one wheel... your LSD (and mine) has "cones" in it - kinda like gearbox synchros that allow a small amount of slip.. that is.. rather than all the power going to one wheel like a normal diff, the lsd will allow a small bias between the wheels but both wheels will spin... the diff ratio, final drive ratio, is similar to your gearbox - its drive vs output speeds are at a defined ratio... making this ratio higher means your engine has to turn more to provide the same output... the more it turns the more torque etc.. better acceleration, lower top speed.. mmhm |

ahhh i get it
high ration = shorter gears = more accelteration! so we got a normal diff with lsd right? so technically, if i rip a burnout i should have 2 skid marks not just the one tire? |

Depends on what condition your lsd is in, when the get stuffed (tooo many burnouts lol) they just single spin
