Maybe, but it is possible to weld stainless with an arc. The guys do it at work all the time. Migs & Tigs are almost non-existant.

yeh, we got an arc, just gotta get me hands on some stainless steal welding rods.. damn expensive things!

sorry to hi-jack ur thread timmeh.. but here is a sneak peak at the exhaust tip.. twin 2" into 2.5" pipe, just gotta be welded togeather, and cut down to the right size.

Here is the dash slightly forward. Have to undo s**t of plugs and undo some of the dodgy wiring done by Kurt. HAHHAHAHAHA. Only cut 1 wire which in the end I didnt need to.

Stuff climate control. I dont muck around with it too much. Full cold or full hot is what I use.

Happy it can be done with one person.

Crappy little spot welds. Going to be a beast when I get it fixed and reinforced.

hey. mines just shat itself as well. is there a way at all you get a mig welder up there? without having to take the dash out? or would it be to dangerous with the sparks coming off?

Dangerous with the sparks and s**t. Plus if it has bent as well then you need some force to close the gap before welding.
Take it out and while its out get someone to reinforce it and make it tougher so that if you want a heavier clutch in it it wont break again.
