Mine is stuck in (ie, stuck off...EA Manual, umbrella style)...give the handle a pull, and it doesn't come out at all. The spring that is meant to be on the bottom of the car has disappeared as well, could this be the only problem, or does a new cable need to be installed, and if so, how do you do it?

your gonna have to go to the wreckers and get a new cable and possibly spring if missing, unbolt the hand brake(umbrella) and u will see how it works. you have to get under the car to go to the yoke. if u have a car manual take a look at that! aint hard at all! shoot me a pm if you get stuck.
