be warned that jp gear sets are crap,

id had a rattle in engine at idle saince i give it some good revs a few days / hours after starting the new engine , i thought it was a lifter
id lived with the noise for about a year ( 5000 km) but i stripped the donk to a short block for some mods and the idle and power gears ( which are on two plates that have needle rollers on them ) were totally flogged out and i doubt would have lasted much longer
my machinist - jack jones - who gives me heapsd of advice says the noise is posibly from the gears rattling from the load from the big cam
i cant afford a single geared gear set so ill be going back to chain and changing it often as ive stretched the\m in the past

be warned - jp are no good
