Fairly sure EF/EL steering wheels have a different sized shaft?

Its a different shaft, as EA to ED had a locking nut, but EF and onwards was a torx bolt, straight through the middle. You would need to replace the whole steering column from wheel to rack.

EF-EL has a spuare locating boss where the EA-ED has a splined locating boss. There are far better looking after market wheels available for EA-ED than a standard EF-EL wheel (plus EF-EL has an airbag).
