Yesterday my trip computer suddenly stopped. Checked all wiring today, got a flicker of numbers but nothing else. When i pulled it out it was very hot to touch. Is it possible to overheat a trip computer? Any ideas on how to fix all this?

From my experience with trip computers, when the display is erratic or nothing at all, you can change the display and film from another trip computer to to fix it. i made a trip computer up from two, one had broken buttons and the other had erratic display. but if it is hot to touch, i would think that maybe printed circuit is stuffed.
