Hello all,

Something horrible happened today, it was like my car vomited, I was comming up brown mountain after a day at the coast and i stopped at a lookout to observ the nice view when i happended to notice a huge heat wave come from the underside of my car, i walked around the other side of my car and noticed a big puddle of foaming gearbox oil. it seemed to be leaking somewhere between the rear extension housing and the middle of the gearbox.

I have included a pic of the puddle.

Do EL falcon auto gearboxes have a pressure release valve that releases foaming oil when the gearbox heats up to much?

Thanks
