Guys, Im after some XR wheels for my EL. Not fussed if they are 15's or 16's. Running standard rims at the moment so anything will be an improvement. They dont have to be in the best condition either,so long as the price reflects this.

I think its only the forsale section you have to clock up all the posts.
But yeah your best bet at the moment is to either have a look through the forsale section and PM the seller as you wont be able to post there, or try Ebay.

DON'T go for the EL 15's. They look like crap! (IMO).

The EF 15's look a lot better than they do.

BUT if it were me, I would definately go for the EF/EL 16's as they are probably the best looking wheel that Ford has ever put out!

Anyway, I know that this is probably not really what the "Wanted" bit is for, but I thought you should know!

So I dont have a massive post count, so what. I don't have a lot to say, I dont feel the need to post in every thread on every topic, I don't know alot about cars, thats why I joined this forum to read and learn and to contribute where appropriate.

As for ebay *sarcasm on* Gee never would have thought of that, same for the for sale section. *sarcasm off* By posting in the wanted to buy section I'm canvassing the members of this forum who would be the most likely to have these wheels or know of someone who has them. As for PM'ing for sale posters directly, great idea untill the person concerned can't be bothered to reply to two PM's.

the ol ea snow flake rims you could get a set from thr wreckers for about $200, The EL xr dogtooth mags look good but you would be up for around $800 but as you live in canberra there is a ford partsw shop in fyshwick on the same road as the bbq shop place any way i picked up a pair of el dogtooth mags from there with good rubber for $400 pay cash and he might cut you a deal, thats the best i can tell you. he had a few different sets last time i was there.....
