Going to spend the day with GazzaED lowering the car tomorrow, just wanted to know if theres any difference between the ED and EL with the work that is required?

The idea is the same, but aren't the parts different specs. ie. you can't take ED spring and put them in an EL.

Oops says data_mine! EA-EL all have the same springs... only difference between any of them is the V8's usually get stiffer and longer fronts.

ed-el springs and shocks are the same, only problem you will come across is that eb/ed front struts might not have the little holding thing for the abs cable, in this case, cable ties are your friends! lol
