If anyone lives around Warragul in VIC I recommend Warragul Exhaust Centre, I had a leak towards the rear and they welded it up for free and really knew their stuff!

I also got a quote for some pacemaker extractors 4499? and a 2.5inch Redback Hi-Flow Cat, $480 plus $180 fitted. Does this sound about right?

I've got Lukey extractors but they are rubbish even look cheap and nasty, the man told me some company bought the rights to stamp lukey on their s**t product.

Thanks
Ben

they sound like my s**t lukey extractors, all the welds are messy and even the catcher is tiny as a b**ch. i HATE lukey crap now, i need some better ones, i can hear how s**t they are
i think from all the threads ive read i might get some jmm pipes.

i think he meant 449 for the extractors ??

So has anybody fitted the pacemaker extractors and how much did it cost, same with cat.

To clear things up I was quoted the following

Pacemaker Extractors $480 fitted
Redback HiFlow Cat (2.5inch) $180 fitted

i got the pacemaker headers fitted with a redback full exhaust system for $900.

took about 500kms for the exhaust to fully bed in i'm rapt with the sound. very nice low burble at idle, and sounds deep with a rasp at revs.

very pleased with performance improvements, haven't dyno'd or done any time slips, but the car definately has larger bollocks :)

only thing i'm not too happy with is the fuel economy. the new gear, with my lead foot don't work too well together! 350kms a tank! i've reset the computer, done about 800kms and still 350kms a tank. prolly get the O2 sensor checked out at next service

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
