Just trying to compile a list of wheels with the correct offset for EF/EL's (and previous E series models if they have the same offset), But not looking for ones that require hub adapters and so forth

i know there arent as many as there should be for us poor bastards, so i'm trying to compile this list not only for myself, but for other people in the same boat as me, trying to find wheels to suit their car (legally)

After five things from anyone who can post the info:

1. Manufacturer
2. Name of the Wheel
3. Sizes they come in
4. Approximate cost new without rubber
5. A picture for photochopping purposes
