Im not sure either but i often experience that problem...it get stuck on the outside of the track..and i cant wind up all the way still has about 15 cms to go...when i happens to me i just wind the window almost to the bottom, take off the door trim and flex the right hand track out and push the window back on.

if theres a better way please tell

thanks

Where the actual window sits, is in a channel with 2 10mm? bolts, these have elongated holes for adjustment, mine does anyway, and move the window forwards or whatever.

i think for memory when ya pell back the door skin theres a couple of screws that are adjusted to ensure the glass follows the channel/runs on the window regulator.

sorry if its a bit vague but havent had to do this for a long time

there the only screws that screw into the glass , they were in the gaps of the sheet metal in your doors.

once again not 100% sure just fiddle.
