My air con will only work with the outside circulation selected, if I put it on inside air, it will still work (Cold) but the air still comes from out side, I checked the air box vent under and behind the glove box, it won't shut of to recirculate the air, I think there is a vacuum leak of some sort in the air box, it s**t me off, I live in a hot climate, and the outside air is hot and takes along time to cool down and makes my air con work overtime and leak a s**t load of water, does any one know what is happening, or any suggestions?, I do think it is the air box, any estimations on a price for a new one????

thank you, Aaron....:

Most likey the flap arm has broken at the pivot point. If this is the case then there are a few options, the first two involve removing the dash. You can either replace or repair the flap but to do that as previously mentioned requires the dash to be removed. The easiest and cheapest option is to jam the flap in the recirculate mode either by a wedge or by removing the glovebox and drilling a screw into the assy so the flap is held up. If you need fresh air , open the window.
Cheers
TW.
