hi
just saw a photo of siphrens engine and i noticed there is a hose that runs to the middle of his rocker cover. what is this for..
just curiouse as i havnt seen this before..

siphren do you know wat its for?????

Id like to know what the bracket is on the drivers side shock tower but? Unless it was used to hold a gas converter or something?

strange place to put an earth strap
as the rocker cover is semi insulated to the head!

better off putting onto teh block!

Looks like another crankcase vent, I would imagine of the engine was fitted with LPG (as that backet suggests), the pipe would have been part of the LPG install.

the hose definitely looks like it has a crimped on fitting...... plus the bracket looks about eight for a convertor

I was thinking possibly for lpg, but it looked like it was one of those crimped on earth terminals. And was in about the right spot for the rocker cover bolt!

Your all wrong lol.
He used to have a second oil filter. We got rid of that, and bypassed the hose that went to it straight into the rocker cover.
It's where the return line used to be.
