hi guys

im having problems with my ea mpfi.
when i pull up at traffic lights the idle will rise to about 1000 and drop to about 700rpm like its hunting for idle the isc has been blocked off for a while .it will hunt for about a minute then it will idle ok untill you stop at the next set of lights
when it does it i can turn the engine off and start it up straight away and its fine for about 10 mins..i think it might be the tps but when i looked at the tps it looks like new..
ive only had the car for about 4 months so i dont know when the tps was last replaced..
i will replace the tps . im just after others opinions as im sure its a common prob

any ideas what else it might be???

under normal circumstances the tps doesn't need replaceing, could be any thing from spark plugs to distributor, how old are your

1 plugs
2 leads
3 distributor and rotor button
4 injectors

how long since it had a tune,i don't think you can actually tune a injected vehicle.

process of elimination unfortunately..
