anybody ever been caught by the cops with a spool on public roads?? what was the penalty??

but a brand new tight limo will do it too, i have seen limo's do this, actually a member on here had a limo that acted like a locker for many years, 383XD, pm him if you dont believe me, lol.


as for the legallity, they can still defect you on suspision of having a locker, then its up to you to prove you dont to get the defect cleared.

i dont think there is a fine, but defenitly a defect. on the other hand though, your insurance is what you should be worried about, if you cause a prang and they inspect your car and descover a spool then they can void your insurance.
