Gday, Ive recently had my XB resprayed Mulberry Metallic. The guy said to bring it back after a month and he would give it a buff to finish it off nice. Anyway the guy has gone bust and disappeared, so I havent had it buffed yet. I will now buff it myself , but want to know what compund/polish I should use, I don't want to use something to harsh and buff right through the clearcoat. Any advice is appreciated. Cheers!

personally i would just look around for a light cutting compound and do it by hand as unless you know what your doing its pretty easy to end up with stuffed up marks from using machines.
But maybe seens as its your first cut after a respray take it to a deatailer. The small cost would be worth it just for piece of mind

why does it need a buff? if it cause it is too orange peely or lots of bits of crap in the paint it will need to rubbed down then buffed up.
