k, rotors and pads need to be renewed, and the guy asked if i wanted 6's or 8's and i'm assuming this refers to the size of the rotor? would 8's be overkill or should i just go for it? dba slotted btw. cheers.

No difference, all e-series apart from the GTs/FBTs ran the same size rotors, regardless of 6 or 8.

i piched up my DBA x-drilled and slotted front rotors for my EF for $180 Each but they can go as low as $140

DBA slotted, about $110 a side, depending on what sort of price you can negotiate..
