You'd only need to scan the RH card as the only difference between std is the more detailed speedo graduations.
I do have a set of std EL cards out at the moment, so I could scan them and someone could photoshop the EF graduations or add the extras . . . . . Actually an EL set with extra grads on tacho and speedo would look good.

And Sold! . didnt think u;ld get $285 for it though. that looks very much like mine... and i must admit the orange and white needles are rather s**t looking. but if u want to pimp that out all it costs is 100 max.
