Get a standard surround, get some saws and saw blades and start hacking, that's what I did. Hasn't come out too bad. Yet to fit it though out of lazyness lol. Probably will need to get a file and increase is a bit as I think it's not quiet big enough yet.

Pics please, as I might ne looking at doing this if I can't find a Double Din surround.

I had the same problrm when I fitted premium sound just went to ford and bought the surround (expensive but fits and looks the part)

I guess I never thought they would still be available. How long ago did you pick yours up? How much?

Picked it up about a month ago part number is EH1880981. Hope this helps Bob :D

No problem there, those wheels will go straight on. The 2 bolts in the side of the wheel will undo the air bag module. This will then just lift up so you can unplug it. Once you've done that its pretty straight forward. Remove CC switches, then using a T50 torx bit partially undo the wheel bolt and pull hard towards you to remove wheel, may need to get your knees behind wheel to lift off. Make sure you don't fully remove bolt or you'll end up with a wheel in your face! Once off install new wheel and replace CC switches and air bag.

There is a Doco for this.
