I get this, but only say if the 2 front wheels go over a short series of bumps awkwardly. Even at a slow speed. The lower part of the steering column seems to vibrate a bit, but I can't move anything by hand and the whole column feels tight, nothing loose?
s**t me, interior noises. Frickin never ending.

yeah checkout the steering rack something round that area might be just slightly loose and is being noticed when under contant vibration rather than the odd bump

It's not some of the 5 lekky plugs that sit halfway down the column might be loose from their mounts.
You can wrap and tape some foam around them if they prove to be the culprit.

Adjust your rack up, mine was doing same, will need a new rack soon.
