Hello
Its been a while for me but im here cos i need help

Head is weeping exhaust side typical e series s**t did the head gasket 30k ago and now shes leakin again, 1st time ive done the head 4th time in its life. Im hoping to not keep the car much longer, but will probably end up doin so and i dont wana fork out for a new head.

So i wana chuck some bars leaks in and see how it goes, only trouble is the instructions are a little lacking, so if anyones used it or knows what to do....

seems like there is some thing wrong with that engine, to have done the gasket more then once within 300 000km.

stop leak might work for a few weeks. it also might not work at all.

just fix the problem properly. instead of throwing gaskets or stopleak at it.

go down to burson, repco, etc and get 2 thingo's of silver seal.

make sure the engine is warm and tip the contents of both tubes into the cooling system.

no need to flush it from your system, just l;eave it in there and it will block any other small holes you may have in the cooling system.

also this is only a temp. fix that may last a day a week or a month. hell it might not work at all. just depends on how big the problem is really

what ever man. fixing stuff come with owning a car.

if you can't afford to fix it dont buy it.

not your fualt but if it was done properly the first time.

or if you knew it had done 3 gaskets befor the last one, when you had to fix it, alarm bells should have been ringing that there was a bigger problem then just the head.

Nah fair call mate if i had the money i would, only trouble is its needs a new head now as this ones had it. I know for sure the prvs owners had the head done, and then i had the head done. And so if it fixes it for a bit then thats all im after.

Haha dont get me started on buyin it. Last owner just got rid of it in time i think, its had new fuel pump, two fuel pump relays, new water pump, new plugs leads injectors and regulator, new air con compressor. in the last 12mnths.
