just a quick one, how do you get those bolts out that hold in the regulator? a punch? i dunno, so someone tell me please!

yeah they are usually rivited in, just drill the centre out then bolt them back in. the genuine rivets are an odd size

Yes they have 6mm rivets from factory. You will need a massive (read expensive) riveter to put the same back in. Therefore most people use 6mm x 10mm bolts, preferably with nyloc nuts.
