It depends on what they eat... The absolute worst though is possum s**t. Had a load dropped on me whilst I was holidaying in S.A.. Hosed it off as soon as I noticed in the morning and then washed it properly when I got back to Melb the next day... Too late, massive paint etching that wouldn't come out with the harshest cut and polish. Ended up having to get the boot lid resprayed, it looked so bad.
Serves me right for going west of the border I suppose!!! Won't be doing that again. I've learned my lesson!!

haha, Just recently I was driving down a local street and a pigeon flew across in front of me as I was driving at 50km/h, I'd just washed the car so I braked to avoid a time consuming blood smear, but collected the bird anyway... Disappointingly their was no explosion of feathers, and no obvious carcass cartwheeling down the road in the mirror. I slowed in preparation of removing the feathered bastard from my radiator, but once I got down to about 30km/h the cheeky bastard flew out from in front of my car!! I'd scooped him into the dam in my spoiler and pinned him there with wind resistance until I slowed down!!! Resiliant bastard!

I can raise voice for the fact that s**t is the end of days for car paint
being in Brisbane, we get a lot of fruit bats, unfortunately i park near a colony of them. even if i dont park under their tree, the still seem to fly around and hit it. hit a bird that was sitting on the road - clean over with the left tyres just a smear and feathers left. |
