well u can do it any where between the ecu and infectors really, is it multipiont injection?
if it isnt then it will be easy one or 2 wires to splice into |

EL is multi point... but not sequential i believe.
So you probably need to disable the two banks independently. IIRC injectors operate by the ECU switching the earth on and off... Prob just get yourself a wiring diagram and shouldnt be too difficult...

ive got a haynes manual but it is vague and shows little detail but what i can see there appears to be a common feed from the TFI module to the injectors so i guess i can use that

Be careful with that. I havent looked at an EL loom, but the loom in earlier models supply 12V to all injectors and then have the earths switched via the ECU. There are a few other things that tap off the same 12V feed including the ISC. Just make sure you dont need any of the other stuff before you cut the wire.

yeah i saw that in the manual that it feeds other components i was gonna trace and cut close to the injectors so it is only the 12v supply to them
