The head and cam is all AU right? (on the hybrid motors)

if one was to have a hybrid motor, can you take the head off, rockers, cam and all, then bolt an EF head, cam, and rocker gear on?

Will this work or is there something im missing?

reason being i have a buyer interested in my DEV5 setup, and his motor is a hybrid so im tryin to figure out if this will all work on his motor.
