ok.. i have a chance to get some lovely dragway rims for my xf.

when i put them on my car not alot of stud comes thru.. its probably safe but it worries me. can you buy longer studs? i need like another 10mm...?
can i get some from another car ie did eb's have longer studs than x series?
and are they removable (without mass distruction to surounding area?)

any thoughts..

cheers

a company called Nice or Nice Products make a huge range of wheels studs. Maybe call them up and see what they have avaliable. They might not sell direct, but at least you can get a part number from them then find somewere to get it in for you (i.e. Repco stores deal with em).

Do the wheels have shaft (Most Dragway wheels do) or tapered nuts? If they are shaft nuts then you dont need to touch the studs.
