Do it. Superlows are great. Makes the car look better and handle better. Just be more aware of speedbumps and kerbs.

Be aware there are numerous threads on specifically this topic.
I spent a day and a half reading nothing but lowering threads and u'll be super confident on what prices to pay and what height is most appropriate for you car. I've "maxed out" my car in lowering at 1.5' with lovells as i've got a near vertical drive way to go up. Its looks great, no new pics as yet. I also need to tow and take the boys to the bottle-O. So be aware of how much functionality you want to sacrifice for the good looks of a Super Low car. Ok thats the 2 Cents worth. PS dont go Ultra low and they are not legal, where as super low are just barely legal.

Lower springs doesn't automatically equal good handling.
I've only got lows, and I'll own some of you with 'Ultra Lows' at the first corner. Lower springs are only good to a point. Once you start to lose too much suspension travel, you'll have a car that will only ever be able to go quick on a smooth as silk race-track. As you know, Australian roads are far from smooth...
