Does anyone have any cheap ways to make my stock standard EF's go harder than other EF's?

a K+n airfilter $120 or so helps!

then a cam Altered do a stg 2 cam for around $280 i think which makes em go f**k hard!

This is what i did (in order)
EL GT or AU XR8 Snorkle
Straight Through Exhaust 2.5" Redback System
Extractors (majority ppl have Pacemakers)
Hi Flow Cat (not really necassry but gives a good note)
K&N Panel or Pod Filter
Suplimentry Cold Air Intake
Ur looking about $1000 - $1100 for that

to come:
Alted Stage 2 Cam
Valve Springs
Rollmaster Vernier Cam Gear
About $700 for that

Good mods for under $2000

I wouldn't waste my money on a K&N Filter. Does nothing as far as I'm concerned. You're better of spending your money on a few cartons of piss :)

Everything else Disco said is spot on. Nearly everyone on this forum has had this type of work done and got great power gains from it. A change in diff ratios is also a wicked way to go and probably the one mod (if I had 3.08 gears) I'd be most eager to undergo.

If you want to be unique, an engine transplant is the (very expensive) way to go. Or a low blow turbo set-up....
