Just wondering what people think of the JBL GTO series front speakers, tweeters and crossovers. If you have had any experience with them let me know what you think of them or if anyone has any specs i'd be keen to hear them. Pretty sure they are 3-way 6 inch.

I haven't got a model number at the moment but will grab one int he next day or two.

This is just an interim solution before some bigger better speakers go in the front, just getting sick of having no speakers in the front

Cheers for any opinions

Mine have been very good for the last 2 years... But they are starting to slowly die. They are the 606ce model.

Something to do with running waaaaaay too much power through them

True... but nearly 200W RMS though these poor speakers that are rated at 70wrms cant be good... lol.

Very good.

I had a pair of these a few years ago and they sounded great and took a lot of power.

I found there midrange and trebble output to be quite strong.

They dont produce a ton of bass for a 6.5" speaker but if running in conjunction with a sub then that isn't such a problem.

Good all round performer and pretty cheap too.
