the good old ed is slowly dying in the a**. one of the bolts that joins the 2 piece exhaust together has broken so i tightned the other two up. the car sounds like it is miss firing so checked plugs leads etc so im guessing exhaust leak off manifold but am lossing fair bit of power from it and cant really hear a leak with the bonnet up. its also getting oil on it so im thinkin maybe cracked head. also squeeking stering rack on full lock and some clunky noise goin up a hill and a little from take off any ideas before i deside to drive it off a cliff???? :x

The squeak in the steeering rack is just a slippind power steering pump belt. all older falcons do this at some stage. its not much of a worry just as long as you dont do it deliberately or apply heaps of pressure.
