hey every one , i have recently bought a tacho dash for a 1979 for escort and im wondering if anyone has any info on how to set up the wires for the tacho, i know it needs a wire from the back of the tacho to the coil and earth but im not sure where to put the wire on the back of the tacho, so if you help me out it will be greatly appreciated. thanks

not familiar with the back of the escort dashes, but i'm sure with a pic or two it would help! you've got the coil/earth bit right, there might be two wires on the dash - one for coil wire and another for earth wire. purely guessing at this stage though!
