I dunno if this should be here or in the NSW events forum, so feel free to move it mods if you see fit.

Anyway, yeah, power cruise 6, eastern creek 3rd, 4th and 5th of march.

http://nsw.powercruise.net/

I've never been before but it sounds like good fun to watch, and even better fun to take part in, which is why I'm heading out as an entrant :D

I'm not going to bother with the drifting, burnouts or power skids, I'll leave that to the guys with engines double the size of mine hanging out their bonnets! The street racing and power cruise section should be good fun though and I'll probably enter the dyno comp as well (after I size up the competition!)

Anyone heading out ?
Come say g'day if you are!
I guess most would come to spectate, but if you want to enter you still can but it's $250 which is a little steep...

Apparently you can take your mates out on the track for some sections. I don't know if you get a certain number of passes or what but I'll sus it out on the day and I may be able to take a few people out for a spin on the track :)

i had a ball , the c4 didnt like it though , i cooked the oil in it , then it was so thin it spewed out front seal which sent me into a doughnut - twice - before i thought about what was happening

fitted a better oil cooler and all was well

it was a great weekend
saw a few crashes , i think im a magnet for out of control cars as the drift car that come undone on the straight missed me by about 2 meters
