know its been covered heaps of times, but what oil, weight, viscosity etc, should i wack in her? its approaching 190k and is driven hard daily. post your own oil reccomendations up too!

Amsoil 20-50.
If your feeling rich, Amsoil Series 2000 20-50 <- thats what I run (don't pay for my oil ;P) Extremely low wear, 40,000 drain intervals, and its a slipery oil (ie not suitable for wet cluthes in bikes). Check out a broucher at: http://www.amsoil.com/lit/g1214.pdf
