I already said which profiles are the closest: 255/45 or 235/50.
Now just find a brand. 8-)

I just bought a Firestone Wide Oval 235/45 17" for the rear right, rear left due soon. Any opinions on them?

I havn't really had a chance to try it out properly yet although it seemed pretty decent, made by Bridgestone apparently.

Michelen not Bridgestone.

Michelen is changing its branding here and the US this was mainly initiated by the F1 incident where none of their cars ran due to the company being unable to provide a "safe" tyre for the event, they feel it has damaged the reputation significantly and are rebranding, whilst you can still buy a michelen tyre in Aus it will only be the top notch tyre the rest of the range is being branded as firestone.. still a damn good tyre though.
