Hi

I need to remove the rear window on my ute to do a proper job on the rust repair. I cant get another rubber easily, so i was hoping to remove the window without damaging either, but i dont know where to start!

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Keith

Get a sharp thin bladed knife, put a bend in the blade ( be careful some blades will snap or shatter a fillet knife works well) insert between glass and body and run it around the windows, use some spray on glass cleaner to help the blade slide easier>

and too put it back, run a thin strong rope inside the seal, when placing it back... push firmly on the glass and when u pull the rope the rubber comes with it and seats itself
